Price of material expressed in dinars, exclusive of VAT; costs of VAT shall be borne by the buyer. Subject material is being sent as is, from locations indicated in the table. Bidder with the highest quotations offered for material will have priority in selection of the buyer. Should several bidders offer the same quotation for material, along with acceptance of other terms, then the Seller shall retain the right to award sale to the best bidder. Seller shall retain the right not to award any bidder. All the bids received during a week shall be deliberated each Monday, by 12:00 h at the latest, after which the lists of material offered for sale shall be revised.

Mutual relations with buyer shall be closely regulated by sales contract prepared by NIS j.s.c. Novi Sad. Should the selected bidder fail to sign the offered contract within 5 business days from the date when the contract was submitted for its signing, it shall be deemed that the bidder has withdrawn its bid.

Bids may be submitted by legal entities, and a bid should be signed and sealed by an authorized person of the bidder and should contain the following:

•    Bidder’s name, address, telephone and fax number, email address;
•    Name of the group and serial number of the material;
•    Offered amount, inclusive and exclusive of VAT, for each item separately, denominated in RSD.


Legal entities shall attach to the bid the copy of excerpt from the Register of Business Companies and the Tax Identification Number (TIN), OP Form of signature specimen card.
